At our tables you will taste the typical Umbrian cuisine and the authenticity of our own products, rediscover flavours and traditions from the part, such as strangozzi, typical, Umbrian homemade pasta strictly rolled by hand, maybe even seasoned with some truffles or a sauce made from recently gathered fresh tomatoes, or some excellent ragout tagliatelle or even gnocchi, the ones with sagrantino are something that must be tasted, and even filled pasta such as lasagne crepes or ravioli.

Our grilled meats are something to die for, rotisserie chicken on a spit, homemade bread, side dishes made with fresh vegetables from our garden and then extra virgin olive oil, wine and truffles.
Every morning for breakfast you will always be able to taste different homemade cakes and cookies and so much more…
